Customer Care Representative (m/f/d)

Responsibilities
  • You will respond to various customer inquiries through our support system "Intercom."

  • Additionally, you will manage the onboarding process for our new customers.

  • You will handle written customer, product, and quote inquiries to ensure each customer finds the right product and the best solution.

  • You will be directly involved in capturing and updating our customers' master data.

  • Furthermore, you will handle upsell and cancellation processes.

  • You will contribute to the setup and maintenance of our knowledge database and FAQs for customers.

Qualifications
  • You have gained initial practical experience in customer care and have a basic technical understanding.

  • Ideally, you also have experience with SaaS.

  • You are a strong communicator and excel in customer-oriented, committed interactions, as well as resilience and a pronounced service mentality.

  • You are characterized by commitment and teamwork.

  • You have proficient Google Workspace skills and the willingness to learn new systems.

  • You have excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken. An addtional language like Ukranian or French would be a plus.
