Sales Operations Analyst



Tempo is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join the Revenue Operations team. The ideal candidate is curious, resourceful and motivated to use technology to improve overall productivity and increase efficiencies across the entire revenue organization.

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting all sales operations activities as it relates to lead, opportunity, onboarding, and upsell / renewal management. You will help support the greater Revenue Operations team and collaborate cross functionally in ideation to create solutions that scale for a fast growing organization.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing and Training best practices and processes within Salesforce for the entire Revenue Organization. 

  • Defining and maintaining data governance within our CRM.

  • Analyzing and reporting on customer performance and customer experience.

  • Creating and supplying data insights for the Sales, Client Success, and Marketing organization.

  • Providing general process and system support to Sales, CX and marketing teams.

Ideal candidate

  • Comfortable working with Salesforce - Sales Administrator 201 certification  a strong asset. 

  • Have developed internal processes to improve the efficiency of systems and increase accuracy of data used to record workflows.

  • Are data-focused, a quick learner, resourceful and pride yourself in helping others.

  • Have an entrepreneurial mindset and are able to adapt and pivot easily as business priorities shift.

  • Have strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Has the ability to work independently but also a great team player that supports other members and teams.
