About the Role
We're seeking an organized, tech-savvy administrative assistant to provide flexible, remote support to WHCO, a professional classical music ensemble composed of exceptional musicians who regularly perform at prominent venues nationally and internationally. This is a part-time role ideal for someone looking for meaningful work that fits around other commitments—perfect for parents, freelancers, or anyone seeking flexible hours.
What You'll Do
- Set up and maintain CRM database and QuickBooks
 - Streamline tech systems using tools like Zapier and Mailchimp
 - Write and proofread press releases and letters to politicians
 - Manage email correspondence and administrative tasks
 - Provide ongoing system maintenance and support
 
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience with QuickBooks and CRM systems
 - Technical proficiency with automation tools (Zapier, Mailchimp, etc.)
 - Excellent writing and proofreading skills
 - Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
 - Self-starter who works well independently
 - Spanish fluency is a plus

- Hours: 5-10 hours per month (flexible scheduling)
 - Location: Fully remote, work from anywhere
 - Compensation: $20-$30/hour, depending on experience
