The role

We're searching for an enthusiastic recruitment marketing specialist that will create employer branding and recruitment marketing strategy for the business by implementing the most modern marketing techniques during the hiring process to draw top talent to the organization.


In this role, you won't be directly promoting our product, but rather our company as your mission will be the creation and delivery of an employer branding strategy and the set up of recruitment campaigns to help us attract great candidates who fit our culture and have the skills to support our growth ambition.


You will work closely with our International Recruitment Manager and our local markets in our different regions (Asia, USA, MEA and Europe), both providing expertise and taking in local needs and strategic priorities into account, to set up a consistent global strategy.



  • You will be creating SettleMint's employer brand and will strive to build its awareness by creating and curating content that will appeal to potential candidates.

  • Together with our recruitment team and local markets, you will be defining target candidate personas and implement the best tactics and channels to reach them, whether digitally, through events, using headhunters or by any other means that you will find necessary.

  • You are also managing the applicant journey, from the initial awareness phase to the actual application, using marketing techniques such as personas, customer journey mapping and content maps.

  • The technical aspect is also yours, you are the internal champion of our recruitment platform, drive its analytics and optimize its working.



Skills and Experiences

  • 5+ years of experience as a HR marketeer in a tech environment or in a recruitment agency. Experience in HR is a plus, experience in lead generation is a must.

  • You’re a great storyteller and writer, and can create content from blogs to emails to videos yourself as well as enlist internal and external content creators.

  • You are a true expert in content automation and CRM, you love researching and testing new technology when you think they can have an impact on your lead generation.

  • Strategic mindset, you have a data-driven approach and base yourself on numbers and facts to build and execute a plan.

  • Previous experience with LinkedIn recruitment, Recruitee and other sourcing tools.

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate globally and cross-functionally.
