Position Overview
We are seeking a Remote Invoice Clerk to assist with daily invoicing tasks and general administrative support. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, enjoys working with numbers, and is comfortable learning new systems. You’ll work closely with our accounting and customer service teams to ensure that invoices are processed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and process customer invoices

  • Verify order details, pricing, and shipping information

  • Enter and maintain invoice data in company systems

  • Resolve discrepancies by communicating with internal teams

  • Monitor unpaid invoices and support basic follow-up activities

  • Maintain accurate digital records and documentation

  • Assist with routine administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Solid organizational and time-management skills

  • Comfortable using computer applications and learning new software

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
