Role Overview
As a Virtual Assistant, you will provide administrative and operational support to help our teams run smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, communicative, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with team members across different departments, contributing to daily coordination, scheduling, documentation, and project-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate virtual appointments

Assist with inbox organization, follow-ups, and drafting correspondence

Support data entry, documentation, and file organization across platforms

Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials as needed

Monitor project timelines and assist with task tracking

Help coordinate virtual events, internal communications, and team updates

Conduct basic online research and compile information in clear formats

Provide general administrative support to cross-functional team members
What You Bring

Strong written and verbal communication skills

High attention to detail and strong organizational habits

Comfort working with common office tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom, etc.)
