What You’ll Do

Guide them clearly through key steps like company registration, business names, websites, and transfers.
Keep operations organized, precise, and flowing — coordinating with partners when needed.
Identify friction points and bring thoughtful, actionable ideas to improve systems.
Use quieter stretches to refine FAQs, improve internal docs, and strengthen the backbone of the business.
Who You Are
Reliable and self-directed — able to take ownership of your day without hand-holding.
A clear, calm communicator — able to explain things simply and professionally.
Organized and process-minded — you enjoy creating flow and catching small issues before they become problems.
Tech-comfortable — confident with tools and quick to learn (AI experience is a plus).
Steady under pressure — able to handle both fast-paced moments and long-term consistency.
