We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Data Visualization team. You’ll help shape and scale the unified analytics experience across Toggl products, delivering reports, dashboards, and insights that empower teams to work smarter. Your work will directly contribute to strategic deals, enable better decision-making across our user base, and fuel our product-led growth engine.
The salary for this position is €75,000 annually.
You can work from anywhere in the world as long as your main location is between UTC-4 and UTC+4.
About the Team
We are a global team of 130+ awesome people working from over 40 countries. We hire globally, you work locally—in the heart of London, a beach outside of Rio de Janeiro, or a quiet village near Florence, the choice is yours. Every few months, we travel to meet up somewhere in the world and spend quality time together. We place a huge amount of trust in our people, and we measure outcomes rather than hours worked. Our values fuel our results.
The Role
As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a key role in a cross-functional team focused on building a unified analytics experience that scales across products, drives growth, and unlocks business-critical insights for our users.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Owning the vision and roadmap for data visualization across Toggl’s products, turning complex data into simple, actionable insights for our users
- Driving high-impact initiatives that apply product-led growth strategies to deliver value for users and support business goals.
- Collaborating deeply with designers, engineers, and analysts from the earliest stages of discovery through delivery to shape what we build and how we build it, balancing user value, technical feasibility, and business impact
- Translating user and stakeholder needs into clear product specs, priorities, and iterative plans
- Ensuring data quality and performance, working with backend teams on ETL speed, scalability, and accuracy
- Running tight feedback loops to validate ideas and improve adoption, from research to experiments to post-launch iteration
- Bringing a hands-on mindset to discovery and delivery, acting fast, learning continuously, and shipping improvements with confidence
About You
You will fit in well with our team if you:
- Have experience in B2B SaaS, with a focus on analytics, reporting, or data products.
- Have strong product intuition and love making data and insights understandable, usable, and valuable to end-users.
- Know how to work in tight collaboration with designers and tech leads, ensuring discovery is truly cross-functional and leads to outcomes that deliver a great user experience.
- Thrive in ambiguity and take proactive ownership: You don’t wait for direction but drive discussions forward, make confident decisions grounded in thoughtful research, and adapt quickly as new insights emerge.
- Understand PLG principles and know how to apply them in a strategic, data-informed way. You are able to balance this with the data team’s goal of enabling Toggl’s upmarket expansion.
- Know how to run tight feedback loops with users, analysts, and stakeholders to validate ideas and drive adoption.
- Are a strategic thinker who can translate high-level business goals into actionable plans and prioritise effectively.
- Can work collaboratively with engineers to navigate technical challenges, balancing feasibility with business and user impact.
- Value transparency, openness, and agency: You ask the right questions, seek clarity, and aren’t afraid to question assumptions or challenge ideas, including your own.
- Have excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience with time tracking, project management, or resource planning tools is a plus, as it helps identify which metrics matter most to users (e.g. utilization, occupancy, billable time).
