You’ll work with a dedicated team that includes a product designer and 4 to 5 engineers, all focused on delivering a high-impact set of capabilities tailored to enterprise needs.About the RoleThis role sits within the Platform & Intelligence group and will focus on delivering key functionality that removes blockers for enterprise customers evaluating, renewing, or expanding their usage of Typeform. Your work will help accelerate enterprise expansion, streamline plan consolidation, and support outbound sales motions.Things you’ll doNavigate complex requirements and coordinate across multiple stakeholders, drawing from your enterprise product experienceExecute against a clearly defined problem space with an initial roadmap already in placePrioritise and deliver foundational enterprise features, including SuperAdmin Role, SCIM Provisioning, and Granular User PermissionsCollaborate closely with Sales and CS to deepen understanding of enterprise customer pain pointsDrive completion of remaining high-priority enterprise featuresDevelop a framework to measure adoption and impactPartner with GTM teams to shape launch and adoption strategiesShowcase business impact through enterprise customer success storiesEvolve the long-term product strategy for Enterprise at TypeformWhat you will bring to the tableStrong strategic thinking, balancing long-term vision with short-term executionA high sense of ownership and initiative, proactively identifying opportunities and removing blockersExcellent collaboration skills, especially with Sales, CS, Security, and Legal teamsCommercial acumen and executive presence to engage confidently with high-value enterprise customersDeep customer focus, especially in understanding the needs of large organizationsExperience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projectsFamiliarity with permission systems, SSO, and enterprise-grade authentication solutionsAbility to understand technical architecture and collaborate closely with engineersData-driven mindset for sizing opportunities and influencing roadmap prioritiesExtra awesomePrevious experience building enterprise-level B2B SaaS productsUnderstanding of enterprise billing models and account management workflowsExperience with APIs, including development and lifecycle managementWorking knowledge of compliance and security standards like SOC2 and GDPR*Typeform drives hundreds of millions of interactions each year, enabling conversational, human-centered experiences across the globe.
