- You’re endlessly curious about how things work – infrastructure, language and libraries, product and business.
- Understanding the problem we're solving and how it helps the user is your first priority.
- Simple solutions are your favorite, even if they’re boring. For example, using PHP as the core of our backend makes sense to you.
- You love debugging a stubborn issue. Friends and colleagues call you when they hit a wall.
- You describe your growth as an engineer in terms of what you've learned instead of what positions you've held.
- You work across the stack, whether you've been tasked with it or not. A new corner of the (even legacy) codebase is a fun challenge, not something to avoid.
