Responsibilities
- Write clear, natural prompts and responses on all kinds of topics
- Read and compare AI answers, rate them, and explain how to make them better
- Spot mistakes, biases, or risky outputs and help fix them
- Check facts and do quick research to keep everything accurate
- Follow each project’s guidelines carefully and deliver great work every time
Qualifications
Required:
- Native-level English and really strong writing skills
- Previous experience training AI, rating responses, or working with chatbots/LLMs
- Great attention to detail and good judgment
- Wide general knowledge (you don’t need to be an expert in everything, but you’re curious and well-read)
- Reliable, organized, and comfortable working from home
- Care about quality and can adapt when instructions change
Nice to have:
- Degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Computer Science, Linguistics, or similar
- Real experience or deep knowledge in a specific field (science, law, finance, medicine, creative writing, etc.)
Pay $22-$36 USD per hour, depending on the project and your experience.
The more skills you bring, the higher your rate.
