Highticket.io is an e-commerce education company that helps entrepreneurs build high-ticket dropshipping businesses. Our flagship program provides students with the strategies, tools, and systems to succeed—and we’re expanding our support team to include a Google Search Ads Specialist who will manage campaigns on behalf of our students.
Role Overview
As a Google Search Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing paid search campaigns for students in our flagship program. You’ll follow the proven ad strategies we teach in our curriculum, ensuring campaigns are launched efficiently, monitored closely, and optimized for maximum ROI. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills in Google Ads, attention to detail, and the ability to manage budgets effectively across multiple accounts.
In addition, this role comes with an exciting growth opportunity: assuming strong performance, you will play a key role in building out Highticket.io’s internal agency. This includes helping to shape service delivery, improve systems, and eventually recruit and manage a team of ad specialists.
Key Responsibilities:

Set up, manage, and optimize Google Search Ads campaigns following Highticket.io’s frameworks and best practices.

Allocate and monitor student ad spend to ensure campaigns remain profitable and aligned with course strategy.

Conduct keyword research, write compelling ad copy, and structure campaigns to drive targeted traffic.

Track performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions) and make data-driven adjustments.

Provide reporting and insights to internal stakeholders on campaign performance.

Troubleshoot campaign issues and implement improvements based on our course methodology.

Stay updated with Google Ads policies and platform updates to ensure compliance.

(Growth path) Contribute to the development of Highticket.io’s internal agency by creating scalable processes, advising on service offerings, and helping recruit/train a future ads team.

Qualifications

Proven experience managing Google Search Ads campaigns, preferably for e-commerce or high-ticket businesses.

Strong understanding of keyword research, bidding strategies, quality score, and conversion tracking.

Must understand Google SHOPPING Campaigns, and Google Search Text Campaigns

Must be familiar with GMC Best Practices, and know how to set up a GMC Account.

Ability to manage multiple accounts and budgets simultaneously.

Analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and related tools.

Strong written communication skills for ad copywriting and reporting.

Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to follow structured frameworks.

Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) is a plus.
