We need a true, experienced and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.About Product:SOFTSWISS Casino Platform Full-service modular software platform to manage online casino operationsLearn MorePurpose of the role:You’ll lead the development and evolution of the Casino Platform, driving its vision, roadmap, and execution.You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into clear product requirements and deliver features that enhance user experience, efficiency, and performance.Your strong analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and deep understanding of the gambling domain will ensure that the product aligns with market trends, supports business growth, and maintains a competitive edge.Key responsibilities:Analyze the current road map and collect the requirements from all stakeholders and relevant parties Define the product vision and compose specifications Formulating user flow, CJM's and etc.Maintain and prioritize the development backlog in terms of epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, manage features lifecycle Work on development and testing of product hypotheses Collaborate with the rest of the product team as well as other departments to define, refine and prioritize the long-term roadmapMake data-driven product decisions based on product usage & market analysisLead competitive market analysisSupport the company in its efforts to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are metRequired Experience:English and Russian (at least upper-intermediate, both written and oral)5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in Gambling/Betting fields Able to work in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Knowledge of Agile development methodology (Scrum, Kanban) and MVP approachAdaptable in your approach and able to operate independently, and as part of a teamStrong analytical skills to think through complex scenarios and create simplicity out of complexityA good business sense and ability to solve business and user problems rather than deploying technologyGreat communication and interpersonal skills as well as critical thinkingNice to have:Experience in payments solution Understanding of UI and UX Experience in A/B testingOur Benefits:Full-time remote work opportunities and flexible working hoursPrivate insuranceAdditional 1 Day Off per calendar yearSports program compensationComprehensive Mental Health ProgrammeFree online English lessons with a native speakerGenerous referral programTraining, internal workshops, and participation in international professional conferences and corporate events.To apply: https://weworkremotely.com/remote-jobs/softswiss-country-product-manager-senior
