We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join our amazing team of A-players and drive instant impact for our customers. We are hiring people who have done it before.

Are you qualified for this role?
  • Do you have previous proven experience in lead generation, web scraping, or data entry?
  • Do you possess a strong track record in exceeding your quotas/KPIs by providing highly qualified leads to a team?
  • Can you demonstrate experience with tools such as Google Spreadsheets/Microsoft Excel, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Lead enrichment tools (examples: Clay, LeadIQ, ZoomInfo, or similar)? And possibly other tools like CrossBeam, Zapier, Hubspot/SalesForce?
  • Do you possess a high attention to detail and accuracy while maintaining strong communication and organizational skills?
  • Does finding new ways to research and target new markets excite you?

A day in the life of…

  • Conducting thorough research, verifying the accuracy of gathered data to maintain an 85% accuracy rate, and ensuring a reliable and high-quality database for LeadSimple.
  • Collecting, organizing, and structuring lead data for BDRs using CSV files, while also documenting best practices and enhancing efficiency based on feedback.
  • Effectively use LeadSimple to organize and structure lead data, ensuring it is readily available for use by our BDRs.
  • Conduct strategic research and analysis across multiple platforms such as real estate listings (Zillow, Realtor.com), Sales Navigator, BuiltWith Lists, NARPM, LeadIQ, and others to generate high-quality leads.
  • Continuously staying up to date on industry trends, market dynamics, and property management software to refine lead generation strategies.

Perks:
  • Pay rate $22,000-$30,000 based on experience and up to $60,000 in OTE
