As a Membership Coordinator at Coaching.com, you will play a vital role in managing and coordinating various aspects of our membership programs and community engagement initiatives. This role is ideal for a proactive, confident and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about supporting professional development and fostering a sense of community among our members.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Membership Coordinator reports directly to the Membership Manager & Membership Director to support the delivery training and education to Coaching.com Members in the Coaching Center of Excellence. 

Your main responsibility is to support, coordinate and execute membership delivery tasks, ensuring agreed program milestones are met. The role also has a specific focus on managing volunteer facilitators, hosting and providing technical support on live sessions, and coordinating the monthly newsletter. 

1. Membership Project Management:
  • Support the Membership Manager & Director in the development & delivery of Membership features and services. 
  • Set up, manage and track Membership delivery project plans, its elements and activities
  • Be responsible for the successful delivery of all tasks related to the Membership according to the established delivery project plans.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take notes and share follow-up action-steps with the involved internal stakeholders.
  • Implement already established processes and/or workflows for the Membership as required.

2. Membership Delivery:
  • Collaborate with the Membership Team on delivery, design & development processes.
  • Resolve Members’ support requests on a day-to-day basis.
  • Coordinate focus groups to gather insights and feedback from members, analyzing data and providing actionable recommendations.
  • Manage and coordinate volunteer facilitators, allocating sessions, being their point of contact and ensuring they are well-prepared for the sessions they are facilitating. 
  • Coordinate and curate content for newsletters, ensuring timely and relevant information is shared across teams.
  • Manage Salesforce emails for the Membership Team, including creating and scheduling email campaigns, tracking performance metrics, and optimizing communications.
  • Support the delivery of live membership sessions on Zoom, including session support, session hosting, logistical coordination, scheduling and content preparation.
  • Create and post content in Coaching.com’s online community. Increase engagement through sharing valuable content and encouraging conversation with members. 
  • Assist with general administrative tasks related to membership management, including summit coordination, member database maintenance, and documentation.

KEY COMPETENCIES

You’re experienced:
You have a background in Digital Project/Program Management of at least 3 years, in a remote environment. 

You're a strong communicator:
You have excellent communication in English, spoken, heard, and written. Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work with a wide range of external and internal customers and stakeholders from different countries and cultures, handling rapid development and change requests.

You're organized:
You are data-driven, and very meticulous in your organization and approach with projects. You love structure! 

You deliver results:
You are a dynamic self-starter. You are able to work independently, with your own initiative to achieve agreed aims and objectives and find creative solutions to problems. You love working with autonomy and don't enjoy micro-management.

You're adaptable and flexible:
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-intensity work environment. Able to proactively manage your own wellbeing and the challenges of maintaining communication and collaboration in a remote environment.

You’re a confident and energized public speaker:
You are comfortable and confident in speaking to large audiences on live online sessions, facilitator meetings and team meetings. Your speaking style is clear, composed, and effectively captures listeners' attention and engagement.
