About The Role
At Invisible, we partner with our clients to streamline their operations. The Operations team manages the services that we supply to our clients and ensures that our work is delivered excellently: high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective. - Standardization: Oversee operations to identify and implement necessary standardizations.
- Leadership: Provide strong leadership, vision, and narrative to shape the company’s culture and team’s subculture.
- Team Management: Manage a team that includes hundreds of full-time managers and thousands of agents, ensuring excellent performance and effective management through layers.
