PROJECT

As part of our partner’s team, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the leading Supply Side Platform (SSP).  

This is a unique opportunity for a Project/Product Manager with a strong background in AdTech to significantly impact the evolution of digital engagement and advertising technology.

Job Description
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define key initiatives & tasks and drive them through the execution 
  • Create and maintain a clear backlog with priorities for the team to deliver on the product strategy and vision 
  • Define clear requirements for initiatives, epics, and user stories 
  • Carry out gap analysis of new requirements to ensure they are fit for purpose 
  • Develop detailed project plans that indicate key milestones and activities 
  • Ensure that project deliverables are completed within planned efforts, schedule, and scope 
  • Identify and manage client expectations 
  • Resolve problems and escalate issues to maintain timelines and accountability 
  • Develop a process to ensure that the team is working efficiently 
  • Set up metrics to monitor team performance and drive improvement initiatives  
  • Build relationships with cross-functional partners to ensure we are working as one team 
  • Provide written reports and updates to stakeholders


Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience working in Project Management 
  • At least 1 year of Product Management
  • Experience in the AdTech domain is must 
  • Advanced level of French and English is must 
  • Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies 
  • Knowledge of PM tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) 
  • Experience in defining the client’s business requirements and developing a possible solution 
  • Basic business analysis skills (requirements analysis, preparation of technical specifications) 
  • Strong planning, organization, and communication skills 
  • Prior experience working with cross-functional teams in software development projects 
  • Experience managing projects through the full life cycle 
  • Experience in identifying and managing risks 
  • Positive attitude with a passion for innovating, learning, and sharing knowledge
