Senior Digital Product Manager

$130,000-$145,000 base salary with competitive annual bonus and benefits

The Digital Product team at TULA is looking for a Sr. Product Manager to help execute our Roadmap. This role will run our Sprints (Product Owner), write necessary specs (Product Manager), and manage third-party vendors that integrate with our ecommerce sites. 

This role is extremely collaborative and will work with our Engineering, UX Design, ecommerce operations, CRO/testing, digital marketing, and data teams.  This role reports to the Director, Tech & E-Commerce.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Help create, maintain, and execute the Product Roadmap
  • Run the day to day Sprint process with Design and Engineering
  • Lead the QA process to ensure timely, high quality releases
  • Keep our knowledge management up to date with release notes
  • Collaborate with our Data team and our Conversion Rate Optimization team to review site analytics/metrics to validate QA and ensure prioritization is data-driven.
  • Partner with new and existing third party vendors (and channel owners) to ensure our implementations are optimal and our metrics are actionable.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years experience in a B2C/DTC ecommerce environment, preferably using Shopify
  • 5+ years of product management, project management, and/or technical implementation experience
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and reporting tools such as Looker preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple competing tasks at once
  • The ability to be flexible and adaptable in all circumstances
  • DTC beauty experience a plus

  • Our DTC infrastructure and setup. The good and the not so good, including opportunities, limitations and gaps

  • Contribute to overall business objectives and success, and lead projects from start to finish

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $130,000-$145,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a competitive annual bonus with possibility for achievement based on performance and company results.
