Skrapp.io is a fast-growing SaaS company helping millions of professionals worldwide grow their businesses and broaden their reach. We provide an advanced B2B data and email research & verification tool that allows B2B marketers and salespeople to reach prospects and collect relevant business information.
We are on the hunt for a dynamic Product Manager to foster and enhance the features of Skrapp.io and design new ones. Your role will involve defining the vision for our product, conducting market research, and understanding customer needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for prioritizing product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and user requirements, and managing the development process along with the technical lead.
Defining the Product Roadmap:
- Develop and maintain a clear, strategic vision for the product.
- Identify and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.
Features Specifications:
- Write comprehensive functional specifications and rules for new features, ensuring clarity and feasibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing, to gather requirements and refine feature concepts.
- Ensure specifications align with the overall product strategy and user needs.
Product Design:
- Utilize tools like Figma or similar to design user interfaces and user experiences for new features.
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
Feature Delivery Management:
- Manage the assignment of development tasks in collaboration with the technical lead.
- Track and report on the progress of development work, identifying and addressing any bottlenecks or issues.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that developed features meet the functional specifications and quality standards.
- Address any quality issues promptly and effectively, working with the development team to implement fixes.
User Educational Content:
- Create and maintain educational content for users and customers, including support articles, video tutorials, and support macro replies for customer service agents.
- Ensure content is clear, accurate, and useful, and reflects the features and functionalities of the product.
- Monitor user feedback and usage data to continually improve educational materials.
Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience in managing software or app-based products, with a preference for candidates experienced in SaaS (Software as a Service) environments.
- Expertise in Agile Software Team Management: The candidate should have proven skills in leading and managing software development teams using agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in UI (User Interface) and UX (User Experience) Design: Candidates must possess strong skills in designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, as well as creating user-centered designs that enhance user experience. Experience with design software and a keen eye for detail are essential.

Benefits
We only offer contractor/freelancer contracts to our team members.
Contract:
Salary Range: $US30,000 - $US42,000 / year.
Contracts come with the following benefits:
- Observance of public holidays as per the contractor's country of residence.
- Annual paid leave: 25 days.
- Monthly coworking space stipend of $200.
You will be responsible for paying for your local health insurance and retirement plan if you wish to have one.
Work Environment:
We are a team of young professionals working remotely from Pakistan, India, Spain, France, Egypt, and the United Arab Emirates. The position is fully remote; you will enjoy flexible working hours from anywhere in the world. We also plan up to 2 retreats per year to exotic destinations accessible by the team members, which represents a chance to meet, discuss, work, and do fun activities.
