Senior DevOps/DBA Engineer

We are seeking a talented and motivated DevOps/DBA Engineer to join our team and provide expertise in database administration, fulfill DevOps functions for one of our R&D teams, and contribute to team competence growth.
As a DevOps/DBA Engineer at Intento, you will play a critical role in enhancing our Datastorage systems, supporting our development teams, and participating in on-call rotations to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:

Take ownership of our Datastorage systems, with a focus on AWS RDS Postgres, managing RTO and RPO, and executing Disaster Recovery Plan operations.

Provide support to our development teams in DevOps roles, including deploying and testing pipelines, handling requests for new infrastructure features, and offering debugging and consultations as needed.

Participate in on-call rotations to distribute the load and ensure high availability and reliability of our systems.

Must-have qualifications:

Solid experience with Linux systems

Proficient knowledge and hands-on experience with Postgresql, especially in a SaaS environment with RDS/Cloud SQL or similar services.

Strong understanding of Terraform, including modules, workspaces, and managing multiple states.

Familiarity with AWS and experience working in a multi-account environment.

Good understanding and practical experience with Kubernetes, preferably Amazon EKS, Google GKE, or Azure AKS.
Nice-to-have qualifications:

Familiarity with Clickhouse.

Experience with Ansible for infrastructure automation.

Familiarity with Jenkins for continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).

Any certifications in Postgres development or administration are a plus.

Kubernetes management certifications are beneficial.
