Be the expert in IT - infrastructure Security for the whole company. You will be able to be autonomous and apply solutions while advising on security issues. You will do so by analysing and implementing systems and procedures based on sound experience and excellent management of security issues and risks.
Some of your main responsabilities will be:
- Collaborate with infrastructure engineers to develop, implement and maintain secure systems based on cybersecurity best practices.
- Advocate for security as SME collaborating with all the IT teams to provide security guidance.
- Monitor and protect sensitive services, data, and systems from intrusions, or disruption.
- Be the key contact for security providers.
- Conduct threat assessment, vulnerability management, and security metrics.
- Maintain inventory and asset configuration from a security perspective.
- Manage and respond to cybersecurity breaches or cyberattacks.
- BS. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field with 5 years of relevant experience; or M.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field (if you don´t meet this requirement, an equivalent combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration).
- 5+ years designing and troubleshooting systems and infrastructure from a security perspective.
- 5+ years of experience managing and configuring enterprise-wide security solutions for web, web applications.
- Proven work experience hardening network devices, OS, and web servers.
- Familiarity with Vulnerability management tools like Tenable.sc, Nessus.
- Experience in Perimeter security, DDoS Protection, and WAF configuration.
- Experience with Cybersecurity Incident Response.
- Detailed knowledge of secure development practices.
- Experience working in large and complex environments.
- Experience working on Agile Teams.
- Proficient in ITIL processes applying Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
- Advance English.
- Flexibility to work with departments in different time-zones.
- Experience in DevSecOps practice and principles.
- Certifications in Network Administration and IT Security.
- Software development skills.
