The role

As our product manager in Love, Bonito, you are responsible for building and maintaining our core platform capabilities. This role will expose you to the end-to-end process of an omnichannel business. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive the implementation of technical products. Reporting directly to the Head of Product, you will play a pivotal role in defining and achieving Love, Bonito’s Product roadmap. You will work closely with engineers and stakeholders throughout the company and will have many opportunities to drive significant product and feature launches.

 

Main responsibilities

  • Manage an agile software development process in partnership with the engineering team
    • Immerse and familiarise oneself with the ins and outs of our tools and processes
    • Support in the ideation, scoping, technical development, testing, reviewing and launch of new features and systems improvements
  • Define a vision for your product and be responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition of your product
  • Champion a data-driven culture
    • Measure and analyse key metrics to gauge success of new releases and identify the next areas of improvement
  • Work with external partners to integrate and expand Love, Bonito’s core platforms
  • Drive and manage discussions for our platform’s current and future capabilities

Requirements

Qualification and Experience

  • 3-5 years of working experience as a product manager
  • 3-5 years of experience leading a product’s technical or API features development
  • Have experienced end to end process of shipping out features/launching a product
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
  • Superb communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
  • Superb time management and project management skills
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong domain experience especially in e-commerce and retail
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or other relevant fields
