Socialive is seeking a Director of Product Management to help us expand Socialive’s competitive advantages in the market.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the CTO and engineering leaders to define and communicate the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Build and own the documentation for upcoming features and projects, detailing the user need, proposed solution, and high-level requirements, while building and refining wireframes to clearly communicate intent and foster collaboration and feedback with stakeholders.
- Work with the go-to-market, marketing, and sales teams to understand and curate customer requests, and strategize with the engineering team on how to fulfill customer needs.
- Ensure Socialive’s competitive advantage in the marketplace by identifying competitors, evaluating their strategies, and determining their strengths and weaknesses.
- Using adaptive leadership skills to collaborate with the appropriate stakeholders per-project, driving forward the definition, scope, and requirements for implementation across multiple engineering teams while working across the company to support successful market delivery.
Experience you’ll ideally bring:
- 7 or more years of Product experience in a SaaS environment
- Experience working with enterprise customers as well as direct consumers
- Experience with video and/or event production platforms is a plus but not required
- Experience integrating with social media and video distribution platforms is a plus but not required
- Proficient with product management (e.g. Productboard, Trello), wireframe/design (e.g. Balsamiq, Sketch, Figma), and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience driving cross-functional efforts
This position is 100% remote, based in the US.
Compensation: commensurate with experience, $140,000-$170,000 plus equity
