Junior Business Analyst

We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst who will be the vital link between our information technology capacity and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks of our software product’s features.

Job description

• Analyzing business requirements to understand the business needs and to determine how systems and applications can best functionally fulfill those needs.

• Collaborate with product development, marketing, and success teams to translate business into clear requirements.

• Scheduling and leading requirements with stakeholders; gathering testable system requirements and translating them into and user stories.

• Analyzing impact of the proposed solutions.

• Develops business rules as well as supporting process flows.

• Working closely with the Design team to provide the best user experience.

• Writing clear and well-structured user stories, performs quality assurance, configuration assistance and application training.

• Work closely with development teams to ensure that they understand and deliver the needed solution.

• Gather users’ feedback for the implemented solution.

• Have excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

• Bachelor¹s degree in Computer science, Information System or Engineering is preferred.

• 1 to 2 years’ experience in business analysis & product ownership.

• Experience in Agile methodology is a Must.

• Certification in Agile methodology is preferred.

• Experience in CRM’s and preferably within the education sector.

• Very good at writing and speaking English.

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
