We are looking for a passionate, tech-savvy Technical SEO Associate to join our SEO team. You will be a key team member by ensuring ivisa.com is technically sound from an SEO perspective through regular technical audits, improving core web vitals, mapping relationships between international pages, and identifying and implementing cutting-edge technical SEO strategies. Our organic search presence is extremely important for our business, and you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and success.

• Optimize all technical aspects of iVisa's website for maximized indexing, speed, and keyword relevance

• Build and run ongoing technical SEO audit schedule of ivisa.com and foreign subdomains
• Execute findings from technical audits, prioritizing the highest-impact items first
• Build reporting that shows program growth and progress and the impact and ROI of efforts

• Develop a strong partnership with Webdev to ensure technical SEO best practices are being implemented

• Extensive experience in SEO research and auditing tools (e.g. Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Deepcrawl, etc.)
• Practical knowledge of advanced technical SEO topics (canonicalization, hreflang, schema, indexing, etc.)
• Experience working with back-end SEO elements such as .htaccess, robots.txt, metadata, and site speed optimization to optimize website performance
• Understanding of common web technologies (HTML/CSS, JS Libraries, PHP, Python, etc)
• Extremely organized - effective project manager with a strong ability to prioritize tasks by level of effort and impact
• Data-driven with experience developing and analyzing reports and proving success of efforts

• Excellent written and verbal English (bilingual is a bonus)
