About the Role
Kisi is looking for an Operations Manager to join the team to help oversee many internal projects. This person will be responsible for managing company compliance certifications, policies, and communications. They will also help oversee and manage internal budgets and look to implement different cost saving initiatives across all departments. You will work closely with our Co-Founders and Management team to execute these initiatives as well as other ad hoc projects that arise. This position will report directly to our CEO and is remote friendly.
Responsibilities:

Manage compliance incl 1 compliance certification per quarter (e.g. ISO 27001), maintain up-to-date, accessible documentation of all company policies and processes and manage custom agreements with partners and enterprise clients. Communicate company policies and expectations clearly to the team.

Manage budgets: budget controlling and process / tool streamlining to save cost, tool contract negotiation and renewals. Manage tools and processes across different departments while proactively reviewing and identifying compliance issues and expectations.

Support operational and strategic planning initiatives for quarterly and yearly company OKRs. Manage operational processes on a daily basis.

Working with Co-Founders and Management team on various companywide and cross departmental projects, monitoring those projects from inception to execution.
Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in operations including managing and implementing compliance company policies

Strong process thinking, self-organization, and independence

“Auditor” mindset: pro-actively ensuring everything is up to date and compliant

Worked with budgets in the past

Experience with project management

Demonstrated success of project management and KPI tracking, preferably within a startup environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills
