We are looking for a Pre-Sales Business Analyst to join our growing team. Global opportunities to work with well-known brands, in different industry verticals: financial and healthcare.
Requirements:
• Strong technical background
• Advanced knowledge of IT outsourcing and product/service development
•4+ years of experience as a business analyst/consultant or a similar analytical role
• Experience in qualitative and quantitative market research, benchmarking, segmentation, identification of trends and business opportunities
• Good technical writing skills
• Endless curiosity, systems & conceptual thinking, strong reasoning, and argumentation skills
• Engagement \ pre-sales experience
• Advanced English language skills
• Background in sales and customer service is a plus
What would you do:
• Work in close collaboration with sales and product/tech teams during pre-sale discoveries;
• Review and analyze the client’s initial requirements, estimates, and assumptions to formulate primary solution hypotheses;
• Comprehensively research potential clients, their products, as well as business, digital and regulatory environments to assess explicit and implicit business needs;
• Conduct continuous market intelligence — determine, analyze, and assess key players, products, trends, risks, and opportunities depending on the client’s industry;
• Assist with the development of analytical reports and client proposals, incl. definition of solution scope & feature list based on client needs and conduct research.
