Operations Business Analyst

Powered by People is looking for an exceptional Operations Business Analyst to work closely with the Marketplace Operations Manager to design business processes and analyze key business data. The Operations Business Analyst will play a key role in scaling our operations function and improving the experience for our buyers and makers.
Requirements
Business Process Management
- Document existing operational processes, identify opportunities for improvements and lead redesign and implementation of process changes
- Identify issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.
- Select and implement goods required to manage business processes
Data Reporting and Analysis
- Gather data reporting and analysis requirements from various functional teams and lead build of business dashboards
- Analyze sales data such as budgets, sales results and forecasts
Product Feedback
- Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to the product team
- Communicate key insights and findings to the product team
- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and better serve our buyers and maker
