The Experience Design Team is looking for an energetic and creative Senior Designer who is passionate about enhancing and improving application interactions, user flows, information architecture and pristine customer/user experiences. We're seeking a designer who wants to work on important and complex challenges and who understands UX methodologies, user centered design and the steps in design thinking.

• Translate user needs, to improved patterns, information architecture, process flows, and other design inputs for the best easy-to-use and desired solutions by using available data findings, user research, analysis, and UX methodologies.
• Perform design duties for projects daily to meet UX, technical, and business needs.
• Design for mobile, desktop and web responsive platforms.
• Use wireframes, flow diagrams, sketches and low fidelity mockups to communicate idea.
• Use interactive prototypes to communicate the current or future user experience.
• Create prototypes to bring ideas to reality and evaluate which features present challenges for implementation.
• Advocate for user-centered design including research, design, and accessibility.
• Leverage, govern and contribute to existing design systems, pattern libraries, and UI guidelines.
• Critique in-progress design work, evaluating the usability and effectiveness of “the” solution.

• Excellent communicator and collaborator on a team.
• 5+ years of UX design experience.
• Experience creating wireframes and prototypes to communicate idea and design concepts.
• Experience with UX design and collaboration tools (Sketch, Axure, XD, Figma, InVision, Miro).
• Demonstrated understanding of mature user-centered design and research practices.
• Working with and in a design system and contributing to its expansion. 
• Participated in Agile sprints, design tasks, requirements gathering.
• Experience designing for mobile and responsive web.
