Description
This is a remote position.
We are looking for a Senior Tech Leader with strong AWS experience to work remotely at an international client of Druid.
Main responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of new standards;
- Transmit technical knowledge to the team, in order to enable people to develop consistent and quality work;
- Be the bridge between other teams, the client and the technology team;
- Analyze the internal processes and propose improvements.
Requirements
To apply to this opening, candidates must have:
- 5+ years of experience as Tech Lead;
- Deep knowledge of AWS architecture with focus on Data Engineering, Databases (relational and non-relational) and Data Analytics;
- Fluent English proficiency.
Other nice to have:
- AWS Solutions Architect certification;
- Experience in technology companies for financial market.
Soft skills:
- Leadership with good communication skills;
- Resilience and commitment to deadlines;
- Ease of sharing knowledge with other squad members.
