Position Overview
The Customer Success Team is looking for its first Product Communications Specialist to help create processes around releases and launch readiness. You'll work closely with the Product and Engineering Teams to understand release timelines, scope, and product behavior to ensure the Customer Success Team is well prepared for releases. Along with preparing Customer Success for releases, you'll also develop processes to monitor the health of key releases and gather feedback from stakeholders to help curate it into actionable work for our Product Teams. In this role, you'll have the unique opportunity to work with key stakeholders across the company to shape new processes to help us continue to scale.
What You'll Do

Prepare Customer Success stakeholders for new product(s), features, and bug fixes by understanding the timeline, scope, requirements/specifications, and expected product behavior

Collaborate with internal stakeholders in developing internal and external documentation on product behavior, workflows, features changes, etc

Assist in preparing customer-facing release materials maintenances, and post mortems

Coordinate and maintain release schedule for Customer Success on new product and features launches, and bug fixes

Work with stakeholders to identify metrics and success criteria, and assist in monitoring the health of releases

Act as the voice of customers on releases by curating product performance and feedback for the product teams
What You Have

3+ years of project or Product/Project Coordination or Management or related experience

Strong technical background and understanding of APIs

Experience developing new release processes from the ground up

Be able to communicate complex ideas effectively

Ability to be flexible, multitask, prioritize, and learn in a fast-paced environment

Self-driven, with strong attention to detail and follow-through

Prior fintech or bank experience is highly desirable

Experience with Notion, Airtable, Linear, or related tools preferred
