CELAD vous attend !Nous poursuivons notre développement et recherchons actuellement un(e) Data Scientist / Data Analyst pour intervenir chez un de nos clients.Responsibilities: - Owner of Data & Analytics Delivery team- Own the analytics solutions delivery roadmap interfacing with commercial stakeholders, users, and other digital services- Lead a team of people inside the organization consisting both of Internal and External team members, manage complex team workloads and prioritization, assess, address, and escalate impediments timely- Ensure application of common standards and best practices in the delivery of the analytics portfolio- Monitor customer service trends to make necessary improvements, and assist the team in developing appropriate standards and processes- Support crafting the governance structure for the Data and Analytics services and products- Be responsible for innovation and continuous improvement activities for Data and Analytics services- Design and maintain a set of performance metrics and leading indicators for the services and products in your scope with a strong focus on adoption, business value and outcomes delivered, business processes transformation for data-driven decision making- Take ownership of all customer needs in relation to all aspects of service delivery, ensuring communication flows across the team, domains, and other 3rd parties where appropriate- Monitor dependencies with other initiatives and take appropriate actions to avoid overlap and conflicts understanding how the different digital services evolve and how those evolutions can affect your roadmap- Schedule, prepare, and animate steering committees to provide the latest status to key stakeholders on project portfolio and roadmap and provide necessary inputs to enable fast and smooth decision-making when needed- Plan, Review, and Monitor actual budget spending, flag financial risks- Enable and foster data democratization via a set of assisted and self-serve analyticsExperience:- Experience in a data and analytics leadership role- Experience in services and strategy building, implementation, and change management including stakeholder management- Expertise in agile frameworks and agile programs and project management- Expertise in vendor management, financial modeling, and commercial management, as well as delivery management practices applied to data and analytics- Experience in designing and running a reliable, performant, and cost-efficient platform to enable data & analytics solutions to develop to their full potential, delighting stakeholders from all backgrounds, from the most technical to the less experienced- Experience in the delivery of complex analytics solutions across multiple processes and geographies- Subject matter expertise on Analytics product portfolios and related business use cases- Trading Domain and market knowledge will be considered a strong plus Technical Skills:- Overall understanding and knowledge of global enterprise data management systems and enterprise architecture principles- Good knowledge of analytics applications implementation with previous hands-on experience in data management, data warehousing, and visualization tools- Design and developments skills in data structures and data flows- Experience in one: Azure, GCP, SQL and noSQL databases, Power BI, DashDatabricks, Python or R- Experience / knowledge of Master Data Management processes and related governance implementation- English (Fluent)Situation géographique : Villeurbanne (69) Infos à noter :- Expérience de 7 ans minimum sur un poste similaire- Possibilité de télétravail à 100%- Type de contrat : Freelance - Portage SalarialCELAD :Issue du monde bancaire, #CELAD a été créée en 1990 à Toulouse.
